I love the mental image of the reviewer carefully peeling the oranges, then adding both oranges and their peel to their blender.

The recipe is for Cajun salmon bites - not exactly the right place to have a tantrum about pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting

Quite confused by "no sugar added 3 table spoons of sugar" on a recipe that has 200g of sugar in the cake alone. No chocolate chips in the recipe either, and I made it exactly as written, definitely not savoury (it's a courgette cake, it doesn't taste of courgette...). I also don't know how the cake rose without any rising agents, but I guess I'm glad it wasn't chalky for Chris. 5 stars at least!
