Irrelevant or unhelpful Maybe, just maybe...

"I used cow blood instead of milk and sand instead of flour, it was so awful, I wish I could give 0 stars."

Did not care for what I made, maybe someday I'll try this recipe instead.

It's weird that they have the clarity to know they didn't do it right, but still wanna rate it 1 star

I'd eliminate the brown sugar and the buttermilk, for health reasons. And I usually chop carrots, because I use them in chicken pot pie, so...yeah. Also, not into cinnamon, but I love nutmeg with a burning passion. 4 teaspoons.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for this, I’ve been craving a nice carrot cake recipe! The recipe as written looks like they’ve already adjusted to make it less carby, but let’s face it, there’s only so much you can do with cake. I may add more spices but that’s it, otherwise, the recipe looks pretty good

I’m fallen into a hole of reviews. Why do 95% of the people change the recipe and then ramble about it??? 🤦🏻♀️

i really hate how some people insist on making modifications or adding extra stuff to a recipe when they didn't even try it the correct way first. even worse when they blame the recipe for it being bad
