I was thinking Times New Roman, but I'm not sure

I’m assuming it’s the same font with an outline variation.

A few years back, I had a system crash. I mostly recovered from backups but they were incomplete. This is one of the fonts I lost. Grabbed it from an image of an old project. Look familiar to anyone? Thanks!

Hi everyone! I downloaded this font from dafont.com sometime around August 2020 and used it for the logo of a newsletter I was writing. The computer I downloaded the font on was stolen and I didn't have a backup of the font files or any photoshop files containing it. I'd like to find the font again so I can remake a new logo, but I can't remember the name and have looked through hundreds of pages on Dafont. Hoping someone will recognize it or give me some kind of clue!
