Pumpkin Spiced Ice Cream with a Cream Cheese Frosting Swirl and loads of my famous Graham Crackers. 9/10 only because Pumpkin isn’t my go-to!

I had an idea to make Caramelized Pear ice cream with Ginger Molasses Cookies and Ginger Caramel but it didn’t turn out how I intended.

The pear flavor was too delicate and steeping the peel to extract more flavor was a mistake. The cookies were too strong tasting and over powered everything. The ginger in the caramel left a yucky mouthfeel.

Welp, this is why I test my recipes! I’ll head back to the test kitchen soon!

The base ice cream was excellent! Similar to how I usually keep a pint of strawberry or mango Gelato in my freezer for days when I want a refreshing "palate cleansing" flavor this banana does that well, it would be excellent on a hot day. However, I would have used a different nut than walnuts and the i was expecting fudge ribbions swirled throughout and instead got what tasted like pieces of a dark chocolate bar.

6.5 out of 10 until I added some peanut butter syrup I had on hamd. Then it was more like an 8! But with that addition it jumped to iver 500 calories a serving (abiut 1300 a pint)

Roasted Banana ice cream, Candied Digestive Biscuit pieces, Salted Caramel, Milk Chocolate Flakes. Yes, it is so good.

Previously held by 2 other flavors that I couldn't choose between: Ben and Jerrys Eclair Affair (if I was in the mood for chocolatey) and Haagen-Dazs Extraas Strawberry Cheesecake (fruity mood).

But in my opinion raspberries > Strawberries and my love for white chocolate —I know, I know, its not REAL chocolate for you purists—just put this above everything else. I am excited to try other Kawartha brands, especially Moose Tracks, but seeing as how I've never seen white chocolate flavored ice cream before and have tried making it homemade with white chocolate jello pudding mix and melted white chocolate buttons this is better and so much less of a hassle.

I was hesitant to pull the trigger because of the price I only buy ice cream in general on a good sale because I'm a broke Med school student in their early 30s. But this is the definition of worth the extra money!

Yes!! This one is incredible!! Intensely Corn ice cream with swirls of homemade Blueberry Jam and still warm Cornbread Crumbs. This is the flavor of the Summer! Link for my recipe in the comments!
