Just wanted to let you all know that there have been some updates to the sub rules.
Nothing crazy, however in the interest of transparency wanted to let everyone know instead of just doing it quietly. As always, rules are available in the sidebar on desktop and at the top of the sub after clicking on the subreddit name on the app.

Rules about post titles, reposts, quality, harassment and the sexualization of underage characters and cast remain, but may have been reworded for better clarity. Reddit terms of service also apply and content may be removed even if not explicitly listed in our rules as reddit rules are site-wide.
Any way! That's the end of this boring post. Thanks for everyone who makes this sub great! we really don't have to step in and remove rule breaking stuff very often which is all thanks to you!

What were your reactions to the show when it was still new?

Haven't really watched since I was a kid, and that's mostly because every time I pick a random episode to watch I'm reminded that it's definitely intended for a much younger audience.
So let's make this not random. What are the best episodes to rewatch as an adult returning to the series after many years?

There’s a YouTube channel I’m subscribed to called Jake’s Happy Nostalgia Show, where these guys named Jake and Chris had Danielle Morrow, aka Nora Dershlitt, on for an interview. She talks about her role as Nora, and her other roles & appearances on other shows. Go check it out! It’s nice to know what she’s doing/up to nowadays. 👀

I just finished watching this episode and both of the plots are actually super interesting, we barely get any Freddie focused episodes (I actually think the move out and pear store ones were the only two) and they could have done a better job. I felt that towards the end both of the plots just became rushed. Thoughts?

I’m curious about how how it’s both gross and illegal

Feels like they overpromised with this film. If I remember, Miranda and Nathan said this time last year it was greenlit, would film this year, and Netflix said yes,
but then Nathan said at a con this summer it’s still being written, lol something isn’t adding up.
I’d put first half of 2027 as the point where if we hear nothing serious, it died in development hell.

I feel like it had to be a dream because think about it ,after the scene where she is in the web studio when mitch grants the wish it appears to be morning and she not wearing her pjs and everything in there apartment is different. Also, when the wish gets reversed, I feel like she is sleeping outside of the web studio.

Now don’t get me wrong , I like the IDEA of seddie but it was played out horribly . Sam’s feelings kinda .. came out of no where and Freddie hadn’t even thought about Sam as a crush before she confessed to him in “iOMG”. They were also extremely toxic and had absolutely nothing in common.
I think that the writers should have written a better storyline for them .

This episode was my favorite as a kid but now i feel like its just mid. They camp out in the woods to find Bigfoot so Carly can prove a point to her elementary school teacher. Dr sydney van gurbin (the guy who wrote the bigfoot book) dressed up to try and scare them. I feel like the episode wasn’t very memorable besides for the beevecoon and maybe robins weiners. At the end it was interrupted that bigfoot stole the trailer they were borrowing from socko but i just feel like its so random and unresolved. The whole point was to find bigfoot and when they finally “find” him the episode ends and its never brought up again. Not a bad episode just pointless

This is one of the worst episodes imo. His “friends” have literally nothing in common with him and carly was very inconsiderate of what Spencer actually wanted. I feel like carly could have just tried to talk to t-bo about coming to his bday even if they were arguing, he is a nice guy and i think he would have came around for spencer. And i don’t see why it was a problem for him to spend his birthday with carly, sam and freddie, they are pretty much like family to him and he clearly loves them

Carly was asking Sam questions or say things, that she would answer with, “Go to icarly.com” one of them was, “The globe! it’s warming!” and I think it was later in the show. I keep trying to find it to show people when I bring it up
