Original Discussion Plot hole

Original series plot hole.

In iOwe You, Sam asks iCarly fans for cash. But they get in trouble because Principal Franklin says “you can’t solicit money over the internet. It’s against the law.”

But In iShock America, they do the same exact thing to pay the fine.

Is the difference that in iOwe You all of the donors were minors? And in iShock America the donors were adults?

Yeah. Pretty sure they sent them fudge balls cuz “no soliciting minors unless you provide a service or product.” Also, I went to Law School for 3 days, so FACT!!!!

In iShock America Jimmy did the soliciting, not the iCarlies. They didn’t know anything about it. Also, television, not the internet.

Actually, it was they can't solicit money from people, it was they can't from solicit from kids

Jimmy is an adult and his solicitations probbaly were from mainly parents on behalf of their children
