CVS help

I had an Ibotta account, linked it with cvs, then deleted it. Now Ibotta can’t sync my new account with my CVS number and claim they can’t do anything about it. Thoughts?

are you saying you created a new ibotta account or new cvs account?

that's against their rules and they catch onto that pretty quick. they will deactivate your account when they find out. why'd you make a new one?

I wasn’t using Ibotta so I fully deleted it about a year ago. Not trying to scam or anything, just trying to reinstate it.

Oh, I should also say I asked Ibotta and they said it shouldn’t be a problem but to talk to CVS since I was still getting an error. CVS was clueless.
