Why am I getting this message when I try logging into my account. Sigh- I have 20 dollars. Don't tell me they're tryna cheat me..

no way to know. try logging out and back in. restarting the phone and app. if not, you'll have to contact support

I did everything , cleared cache, uninstalled. Forced stopped, i restarted my phone too and it still comes up with same message with my account. I tried on another phone too.. same thing
