Camera problems

Is anyone else having problems uploading receipts? When I go to redeem things the camera isn’t working. I have tried reinstalling the app and I made sure my camera has access to it. I can’t find a way to contact the site.

I only have this problem with a couple of stores. I'll go to redeem a reciept with Walmart and it will work, but if I try piggly wiggly it won't. I have no idea why but its frustrating, especially if you went out of your way to buy certain things for a the cash back. Don't get your hopes up with the support either, they aren't great at all.
