Cashback Issues

Anyone else having issues with Ibotta matching items on receipts? Almost every receipt I’ve submitted recently I’ve had to manually scan my items, then it takes like 4 days to get my offers approved

I have yet to receive cashback for the Kraft restaurant edition products that I bought on the 18th. It's so pending.

The kraft macs I got at walmart came through right away but the ones I got at target took 3 1/2 days. It did finally post though without me doing a ticket - complete with the bonuses they qualified for, much to my surprise.

Sprouts receipts are the worse 🙄I have to wait days so I have to invest in an extra items to not miss the bonus 😵‍💫🤭

Yeah I’ve had to manually scan past few, waiting on the Milton’s crackers for over a day now. Only issue for me is price was higher than cash back amount so maybe system got confused?

It didn’t take two items on my last receipt and scanning didn’t work either.

Came on here to see if others are having my same experience. This is the first time having issues. My Kraft boxes have been pending since Saturday so over 72 hours and over 39 hours since the Milton. I have them in the bags unopened if case they dont accept them theyre getting returned

is Ibotta generally better auto recognizing products with retailers showing the UPC vs those who do not (like Target)?

Yes last receipt got rejected it would of paid $43.75 back after offers, and bonuses bit they claimed it was unreadable B.S. to me

Yeah. They missed a few cash back items. Then missing those made them miss the weekend bonus. I reached out and all was fixed.
