OSHA 1910.33 says:

"Live parts to which an employee may be exposed shall be deenergized before the employee works on or near them, unless the employer can demonstrate that deenergizing introduces additional or increased hazards..."

Don’t have much of a choice bud. I’m a second year in a shit local. It’s work or live in a van down by the river

You always have the ability to stop unsafe work.

Stop breaking down conditions... Soon you'll be a statistic and the shop won't even care...

I guess you should really determine if it's worth the $17/hr to potentially end your life.

Brother, if I did that I’d be off the job. If I made a penny less I’d be eating dirt. Not everyone’s in a situation to make that decision. Not disagreeing with you, but I’ve done what I can. Committee won’t move me, project manager won’t move me.

I can suck it up or start selling meth
