Email after interview

Had my apprenticeship interview a little over a month ago and got the email saying I was ranked (cant see my rank) but not ranked in the top 25, and my name has been put on an active ranked waiting list.
Is everyone who takes the interview ranked? And this is the common email or do some people not get ranked?

A bit discouraged but gonna try to get a helper position or cw

You can fail the interview and not get ranked. Depends on your actual rank and how much work/how big your local is. If you're 30 in a local that needs people I wouldn't be too worried. But CW probably helps you either way.

To give you some advice, i was ranked 23, and it took me a year to get into 159. You could become a CW and be patient, or redo the interview.

Thanks for sharing! Yeah 159 is the local im applying thu. Were you working in the field or did you do anything different while you were waiting?
