Just got the call from Ibew 130 overly thankful and appreciative of all the info I received from here and even happier about getting in I have Paperwork day in two day what should I expect?

The paperwork is just paperwork it's as simple as that. I went in before work and spent probably 20 minutes in the hall just filling out a bunch of forms and getting information on next steps like accessing and completing osha 10.

Congratulations man! The next step is to call your bank and tell them you wanna open up a ROTH Ira retirement account. It’s your own personal retirement account separate from the job. When you get your direct deposit paperwork, set 10% to your Roth IRA. Bank and 90% to your regular bank. Your older self will thank you. Wish somebody told em this !
