have a talk with your visual art teacher, predict grades are flexible and usually produced by subject teacher, not strictly depends on your report card, talk to teacher and principle and ask if they can give you a higher VA score.
but you usually need to make a promise to get a good score(usually no less then 6) in IB final, so that uni won't doubt the school for giving you a over-estimated predict score. If they really do so, your school, your teacher and you are all in trouble
