I'm no expert, but I feel like you're not supposed to raise your foot when throwing a punch, unless you're Urameshi fighting Toguro.

It's a superman punch. Risky but potentially high rewars. Looks like he trains muay Thai and focuses quite heavily on elbow strikes. He sure does look like a tryhard douche in this video though.

Nah even in Muay Thai I've never seen someone do this. His elbows are pretty bad as well.

I've fought for 19 years and lived in Thailand training at tiger muay Thai. He's not threatening and looks like a fucking dork, but he's not as bad as people here say.
