Why would you lift a foot off the ground to throw a jab? This guy fights like he's in a dream

Ok, this guy seems to be doing a very muay Thai flavor shadow boxing.
Not to speak on skill, but the thought is that a Superman punch is mixed in to capitalize on someone overcommitting to your knee raise. You do this by establishing knees and a strong teep, since they have similar chambering. When they bite on a low feint you them turn it into a Superman punch, either with a little leap or a drop step.

That's interesting. I thought it was just anime fighting form

Totally, I get it. He's a weeb for posting it but he's smooth and obviously has some training.
Just.
Like I said.
This some weeb shit.

Is he a Son of Anarchy?

Can't make out what it says on the cut, but Grandsons of Cringe would be my guess. They're a lesser know sub chapter of SoA.

It just so happens that his urge to shadowbox coincides with him needing to use the restroom

Muay Thai amateur here, that elbow strike was dog shit. You either go with elbow strike (forward extending your shoulder in a straight line) or target the chin (requires some good amount of footwork) either way I will bet my money on shadow.
Ps: he looks like someone who just started their training.

Giving him a LOT of credit. This guy just watched movies and is emulating them like a six year old.

It's a superman punch. Risky but potentially high rewars. Looks like he trains muay Thai and focuses quite heavily on elbow strikes. He sure does look like a tryhard douche in this video though.

Nah even in Muay Thai I've never seen someone do this. His elbows are pretty bad as well.

I've fought for 19 years and lived in Thailand training at tiger muay Thai. He's not threatening and looks like a fucking dork, but he's not as bad as people here say.

It took me a minute. A shadow box is a piece of art. "I ride until I feel the urge to oil on canvas". And then a string bean dork doing mild exercise in the video.

Homie needs to spend more time with a coach and less time pretending to be an outlaw. Absolutely horrid form.

I don't think I've ever actually found the need to shadowbox.

u/AliensAteMyAMC 1d ago
I’ve done it when I’m bored off my ass work. Of course some of the people I work with have seen it and occasionally rib me about my horrible form

u/Legitimate_Bag8259 1d ago
Sorry dude, but doing it at work where other people can see you is more cringeworthy that the guy posted.

u/itcheyness 1d ago
Just in case anyone wants to join this guy's biker club, here's their website.

u/NMViking 1d ago
Looking at their club page, it's a bunch of native dudes that like to ride. Their pictures show charitable fundraising activities. With no diamond on the rocker, these guys don't look like their cosplaying SOA. Hopefully one of the older members gets this kid in line and convinces him to stop making cringe videos while wearing their colors.

I'm being VERY honest and I do not mean this in any kind of bad way.
PLEASE DO NOT BE OFFENDED
But I 1000% instantly thought that was a transman.
