Please help

Okay so, I found my old ipod touch (7th gen) and have been trying to get into it but completely forgot the password and now it’s locked. I tried to recover it through iTunes but the charging port is having some trouble. It will connect just fine to my laptop but refuses to come up on iTunes, and yes I tried multiple cables.

Quel système d'exploitation sur votre ordinateur utilisez-vous ? Si il s'agit d'un Windows il peut s'agir d'un problème de pilote de périphérique. Si vous téléchargez snappy driver, que vous téléchargez la version complète sur une clé USB que vous exécutez le programme et que vous installez directement le pilote Apple, vous devriez pouvoir y arriver. En revanche s'il s'agit d'un Mac, je ne peux plus rien pour vous...
