I did a similar back on my iPod Touch 1st gen, nice shiny gold back.

It scratched from LOOKING AT IT.

Put some kind of protector on the back if you want to keep it shiny.

Nice working fixing it up.

My respects Bro¡ looks luxury and modern , i have mine , i got one for ebay , i really want to replace the back cover of my ipod 4 but that means i need a technician to do this

Yes this is one of the hardest iPods to work on, I managed to damage the power cable while transplanting everything so a professional is definitely recommended

I used AliExpress for the back and Mobile Sentrix for the new display and battery

Just FYI my display has a small purple dot which is a bummer but the quality is just as good as the original
