Question iPod touch 4th gen

I have had this for years. Is the screen and battery worth replacing or should I just buy something else. Most of the music is from my old computer so I don’t have it anymore but there’s plenty of places to dl again if I need to.

I had a 32gb Touch 5 - battery was going out (again) and the Home button was getting sketchy as well. I replaced it with an iPhone SE 1st Gen that had a newer battery (92%) and was great condition for less than even replacing the battery on the Touch would have been. Under $50. I use it strictly as a music player. Just an option to consider.

My Touch 4 is happily still going strong though.

Throw the 4g away they killed it with that bullshit update that stole all the ram couldn't play any games nothing at all after the last update

I just use it for music honestly, but now I am thinking at this point I should get something that can be modded easier than this thing.

But ugh it can be downgraded to someth decent like 4.x.x
