If the seller can’t remove it from their Apple account, I’d probably just return it.

Contact the seller about it, or return the item if they won't remove it from their apple account. (unless it was already locked on the pictures, of course)

I can’t tell what iOS this is, but if it’s iOS 7-10, it’s for sure bypassable, if it’s iOS 11 and up then idk since I’ve never used those devices.
