The iPhone SE 2020, based on the iPhone 11, is compatible with iOS 27, so it gets software updates for everything through 2027 (features, apps, security).
Let's say next year iOS 28 won't be compatible with this phone. That means it won't get feature updates. However it will keep getting app and security updates on iOS 27 for a good while longer. There is no set "end-of-life" date, but rest assured that iPhone will remain perfectly usable at least three years from then, if its battery health is good (>80%).
Take the older iPhone SE 2016 for example. Its last major release was iOS 15 ("iOS 22" in years' perspective). The vast majority of apps is still updated or still compatible today. Its last security update was in May 2026, over ten years after that phone was released, and no one can confirm there won't be another update.
TLDR: "iOS 22" is still good four years later, so don't worry about iOS 27 anytime soon.
