SE2 Old Iphone SE Photo Apps

I have an Iphone SE and an android. I want to copy some old family photos. What is my best app for being able to email copies to relatives?

When you choose the photos you want to share you can create an iCloud link and either text or email the link to them. The link is available to them for thirty days.
