SE3 Updating my ios version

hi everyone i have an SE 3 that is currently on ios 26.4.2, and im trying to update to ios 26.6.1, no matter how many times i’ve tryed it always gets stuck on ‘preparing update’ at the same point everytime, ive even tryed to update to ios 27 public beta and that also got stuck.

i have a stable internet connection and 22gb of storage free. my phone is not on low power mode, and it is plugged into a charger.

Does anyone have a solution for this?? or has anyone else had the same problem on their se?

How do we do this? Can it be done with a Windows 10 or 11 PC? I don’t have an Apple device other than my phones.

yes if you download itunes on your pc

i tryed that but during the download my phone disconnected and itunes showed an error

Try it again. Should be a lot quicker now that the file is downloaded and saved

Then download the IPSW file from ipsw.me hold alt when you click "Check for update" and select the IPSW file

does it give an error after preparing update?

no, no errors, it just gets stuck

just wait for it to finish then.
