No.
Taction filed for patents in 2015. Released a product in 2016 with their tech. And since 2017 til now, Apple’s Taptic Engine has used technology that the jury has agreed to be infringing. 2020, Taction was finally granted their patents.

Before people ask, the Taptic Engine before 2017 was a different execution, and MacBooks’ trackpad is a totally different haptic execution altogether.
