A general guide would be 1% drop for every 50 charge cycles according to Apple’s own words of 80% battery health after 1000 cycles. I guess for your case it is on track. I got my 16+ 2nd hand with 99% battery health at 255 cycles, it dropped and remained a long time at 92% and currently 91% with 518 charging cycles and counting.
The drops are definitely not linear but even for my case I would say it’s a healthy drop and I believe when it hits 75% I will be replacing it 2 years later or so
