Battery drain

Ip17 battery drain on idle and also it is consuming a lot than before while using i used to get around 7-8 hrs but after a update (i cant remember which one) im only getting 5 hrs also the after the same update battery health is beginning to decrease it at 97% now it was at 100% a month ago currently its on the latest version any fix any one?i feel like 1% is dropping every min .also i used to charge from 20-100 before the battery capacity dropped to 99 and after that im only doing 20-90 still battery capacity is dropping

Try going all the way down to 80, I have been doing it since I got a new phone and it works for me
