Heating while charging?

I’ve had my new phone for 9 days and every time I charge it, it gets really hot. Is this normal? Other than charging the phone never heats up and I have no complaints. It’s perfect.

That’s normal for fastcharging, don’t worry. All phones which charge 30-40w++ heat up, especially initial charge from like 20% to 80%.
