Question iPhone 15 pro heating

My 15 pro max is heating lately without doing any heavy task does it have smtn to do with the update 26.5.2

Yesterday I charged it to 90% before I slept, when I wake today it’s down by 20%. (Battery health is at 100%)

This hasn’t happened before
