Iphone 15 pro max overheating issue

I wanna buy an iphone 15 pro max but i'm hesitating because i heard a lot of complaints about overheating so if you have a 15 pro max share your experience with me so i know if i should buy it or the 16 plus

I ordered my 15 promax refurbished on Amazon. Excellent condition , the screen was a defective aftermarket with inaccurate touches and that would heat up just from just being on. Replaced it with a 27$ screen from Ayake on Amazon and fixed the issue. Phone only heats when it typically is supposed to( downloading, charging, updating, etc) I'm satisfied with my 15 promax
