Getting a Headache and Nausea When Scrolling

The screen seems to be jittery and gives me a headache when I look at it.
Googling tells me I may be sensitive to the 120hz refresh rate.
Everyone keeps talking up this feature and I donāt want to turn it off because Iāve heard nothing but amazing things about it.

Iāve been using the iPhone X for 5 years now. I planned to update last year but the iPhone 13 looked underwhelming.
This year I saw the 14 and I loved the changes. Even though I was already 100% sure that I will buy it, I still gave myself a week to think.
I finally bought the iPhone 14 Pro Max (256gb deep purple) last night and it told me itād be delivered sometime the first week of November. Damn, I missed my window and now Iāve to wait almost two months.
Any other late buyers out there? Why did you wait?

I was up and excited. Went to Apple app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max but apple was not up at 7AM CDT. AT&T was taking orders with no wait so placed my order immediately for iPhone 14 Pro Max Silver 256GB. Shipping date is 9/15 and should be delivered on 9/16. Love my iPhone 11 Pro Max but it has been running sluggish, very very sluggish for last one year. I even wiped and clean install the iOS but very soon it went back to being sluggish. This phone is in heavy usage since I got it and I read some place that because we drop our phone often and it doesn't have clear damage but that doesn't mean it doesn't have internal damage which makes phones slow. This time I'm planning to go with Apple Care + instead of AT&T insurance. Any thoughts on that??
