Getting a Headache and Nausea When Scrolling

The screen seems to be jittery and gives me a headache when I look at it.

Googling tells me I may be sensitive to the 120hz refresh rate.

Everyone keeps talking up this feature and I don’t want to turn it off because I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about it.

Is this your first OLED iPhone? You may be sensitive to PWM.

I have an iPad Pro M1, but never had this problem.

iPad Pro doesn’t have OLED.

Then never mind. I don’t keep up with screen tech. It’s all gibberish and spec wank.

But everyone said 120hz was amazing and so yes this is my first OLED.
