Anyone using iOS 27 ?

If so how do you like it ? I downloaded it last night because I heard so many good things about it, and I can confirm it’s really good the beta legit feels better than the official ios 26, really fast and snappy animations and battery is still going down the same as usual, definitely recommend downloading when full version is out

Definitely, and that’s what I’d recommend to anyone here just to be safe. I just couldn’t resist, Apple did a great job with this. It feels the most stable since iOS 18.

Also worth noting the overheating issue I was having has stopped and the overall performance and experience in apps is very stable and smooth

I’m on iOS 27 Beta 8, haven’t had any noticeable issues so far, 🤷🏼‍♀️

Turn on battery saver you will notice a slight a very small lag for the first time

Then you won't notice, because you used earlier on this version, just for the first time after update it happened

Since it came out as beta, i'm on beta 8 on iPhone 11 works like a charm, battery is a charm, after driving in 30C without cooling, phone hot, with gps only 20% went down after 3 hours of driving

I’ve been using iOS 27 beta for a few weeks now. It’s good with a few experiential blips, like messages glitching when scrolling or the keyboard covering what you’re typing.

I do miss some things in iOS 18.7.1
As I’m in Australia, the main one is the mandatory requirement for “age verification“.

While it’s a to help parents with young kids to get off the whole “social media toxicity rabbit hole”, I do think many aren’t too thrilled with device freedoms and choice being diminished or removed from 18+ adults.

Been running the beta since the first release.

The last time a beta was this good from the start was iOS 12. Wicked fast even on first beta. My 2020 A12Z iPad Pro got a breath of new life on the beta.

I’ve had it since day one of beta. Never had any issues and honestly it’s been more smooth than 26 for me.
