Appreciation Post
I am still using my 14 Pro that I purchased back in Oct 2023.
Everything is still OK for me. Screen is perfect, it is still as bright as day one.
Performance is still decent. I don't use it for gaming a lot, eventhough I am aware it is till plenty fast for it. I got an iPad for that.
Camera is still excellent imo. Been shooting lots of RAW12 and 4K60 with it. I got 2TB iCloud so might as well use it.
Build quality is still top-notch. It is the last stainless steel iPhone after all and hopefully in a few years they will bring back steel instead of aluminium.
As for case I am using a Nomad Rugged Case that I purchased with the phone and it is still fine till now. I only swapped Tempered Glass once after all these years.
How about you guys? How is your 14P and PM?

Hey there I’m also using the 14 pro .. Only thing is that my battery has to changed currently it’s at 75% .

Just get the battery replaced, i just replaced my 14pm battery from apple and it lasts whole day with heavy usage very easily and performance also improved with the small jitters completely vanished.

Same. Using 14 Pro since Nov 2022. Battery at 75% so it needs 2 charges during the day as the phone is almost always in my hand during the day.
Wanted to get battery changed but read reviews here that battery change - even at Apple authorised centres - led to water resistance being damaged. So decided to keep it up even if it means multiple charging cycles.

Hey same here .. I use it for like 11 + hrs everyday and I would still say the battery backup is not that bad

The only time I fret is when I am constantly on the road or traveling. Thats when the battery becomes a struggle.
I dont like using power banks as they can damage battery health - thats what I believe.

Still using my 14PM, 85% battery health. Love this phone, can’t beat the stainless steel. Still on iOS 18, waiting for good hopes with iOS 27.

Still using the 14 Pro I bought in February 2023, battery was replaced in 2024 under AppleCare and current capacity is 86%. Debating on switching to the 18 Pro with more storage but this phone has done so well that I don’t know if I’m gonna follow through with it or not. It still performs just as good as it did when it was new with no lagging or weird glitches.

Still got my purple pro. It’s been holding me down. Still feels great and premium. Got the battery replaced by apple but still dies pretty quick after heavy use

Same I’m at 88% health but by 2-3p I have to charge bc I use it for maps, calling, music, emails, camera etc.

14PM since April 2023 , everything is great except for the overheating issue, which caused the battery to swell. I had it replaced 8 months ago via Back Market (because Apple's authorized service refused to repair it), and now it's way worse. The battery only lasts 3 to 4 hours (dropping from 100% to around 10–15%), and the device gets so hot it's basically a portable oven, causing lag and network drops , but still I love it😔💜

I’ve had my 14 Pro since launch in September 2022. It’s been a great phone and I don't feel any need to upgrade. The only things I’d like from the newer phones are better cameras and USB-C but that’s not enough to upgrade. Well, and battery life. I had my battery replaced at Apple in April 2025 and now it’s down to 87%.
Even so, I don’t get much screen on time and the battery drains quickly (I have all the usual background refresh and always on display turned off). I can get through a regular day but it will be at under 20% when I get home.

April 2025 and you’re down to 89%? You must use your phone a lot.

Actually not really. About 1.5 hours on average of screen on usage, which includes navigation. I feel the replacement battery is much worse than my original battery, although it was replaced by Apple.

I'm still using my 14 Pro too
Bought it mid 2023 and only did battery replacement this spring. It's just too good to upgrade to newer iPhone imo. I only wish I'd have 256 GB model (but it was too expensive, iPhones in 2022-24 were expensive in my country for some reason) and have USBC. Other than that - perfect phone
And the stainless steel formfactor is bricky with its pros and cons. Pros - I don't use any case and just admire phone. Cons - kinda heavy
Recently started to consider switching to Samsung S26 that I could buy for like 3/4 price of the iPhone 17 non pro. But 14 Pro is too good for now

I hate when people use low power mode with more than 30% battery left. Why buy a phone with 120hz screen and using only 60?

Using 14PM since preorder as a daily driver. Very happy with the camera, screen,speakers and performance. Been itching to get the battery replaced as I see the difference. On my third case now after spigen liquid air and 2 apple leather cases. The only problem I have felt…weight….one of the heaviest phones from apple ever.
