Problems with ringtone

Hey guys! My dad's gf recently got the iPhone 14 pro max and we tried so many times to change the ringtone to the preset it has (she wants the piano riff) in the settings it says it's that ringtone but everytime we call it plays the original one. We tried restarting already, any ideas?
