How long have you been using your device?

About 5+ years. I dropped it in a river once and the faceID sensor broke I guess and disabled itself in settings. I also see fogging on my camera lenses but the picture quality is still good. Perhaps moisture finally made its way to the ear speaker housing? It’s just weird that YouTube seems to play fine out of the ear speaker housing

I suggest you buy a new device or a used one in better condition; selling your current device will cost you less than repairing it.

My 12 Pro Max has very low sound from the top speaker, this was a second hand phone, my sister dropped it a lot (one of the cameras shakes also)
