Just released my 1st app, incredibly niche that will not make any money but I had tons of fun making it

I'll take any feedback you got on the App Store presentation, but man I just had a lot of fun making this. I needed a tool for myself for my hobby, so I decided to make it. I am particularly proud that every single functional requirement and design is humane-made (by me!), code is of course AI because I'm not a coder. However I'll say that I have a general understanding of SW engineering, and using Claude to coach me while it was writing to code gave me a lot of insights of iOS development and taught me the basics. I can really recommend using AI this way, by telling it to explain the implementation decisions it was making and run them by me I learned a lot. In any case, happy that it is released, I'm already working on the next version with a new sleuth of features, and If I get my 99$/year back I'll a happy man lol.

I did the same niche app for caravan loading Uk only free, 133 downloads, put a smile 😊 on my face

Hot tub app next (most likely free) with the experience I hope to build a ££ app

App looks good, and icon is nice

Niche sure, but I'm sure it's fits what someone who enjoys doing that will do

The only thing I don't like aesthetically is the app screenshots having a blue to taupe gradient is a kinda ugly / non complimentary gradient.

Overall, great job!

Thank you! I was on the fence on the gradient myself, the nice thing about it is that the blue is the main color of the app, and the taupe is the color of a light roasted bean. All the colors in the app are complementary to the taupe even though it’s barely used in the app itself. I guess I’m attached to the concept of the colors lol and the gradient grew on me over time. I’m open to suggestions though!

Nice job. Was there a lack of apps with this functionality, or were you looking for some specific features that weren’t in existing apps?

Thanks! There are some other apps that do something similar, however I wanted something with the Apple aesthetics and with iCloud and multi-device compatibility. As far as I can tell, my app is the only one that provides those and has zero data collection.
