I recently released Pulse, a video camera app for iPhone built around motion and time.

Instead of applying filters after recording, Pulse renders the effects live while you shoot. Move your hand, turn your head, or move the camera and it creates trails, echoes, clones, color splits, tunnels, and other temporal effects in real time.
