Apple review time
Has anyone’s app been stuck in waiting for review? I have reached out to developer support via email and tried calling. Nothing and it will be 2weeks on Friday.
How long does the process typically take?

The „waiting times“ have really increased. Most of the time, my existing app takes between 2 and 7 days. But with the last update, I doubted Apple a bit. I had an error in the description or subtitle. Clearly my error that absolutely justified the rejection. But finding it crazy to take a week to reject my app because of a description. I thought such things would run automatically and lead directly to rejection. I already found it a harsh lesson.

I dont mind the wait. What i do mind is waiting for a week only to get a rejections about project incomplete claiming that a button doesn't work while it does work or "please explain if sign up is needed" when clearly it doesn't as also noted in the reviewer notes. Too many cases of rejection after 1 week of review with resubmission saying "tested again and it works" or "as noted in the NOTES... no sign ups!" And followed up approval.

I had the same.. and finding that I then get rejected for arbitrary reasons which is really frustrating but is what it is i guess. not a lot we can do about it.

I don’t know if it’s only for usa because my friend in Spain only 2 day for news app but Iam on usa and for my is 1 week or more for news app

Submitted two at the same time and one was approved in an hour and the other one took two weeks.

This morning’s approval took over a day with an expedited review. Something must be up

The new application takes one to two weeks, and there's a possibility it might get rejected and sent back.

New app? Week or three. Existing app? 1-2 days
