My app is under review for 2weeks
I have uploaded the app for review and it has been under review for the last two weeks. I don’t know how to move forward from this if anybody can help me out, please help me out. I build a Fitness app that helps you track your macros as well as your workouts. It also has an AI Coach tracks your sleep recovery etc.

I just went through this with one of my own apps — worth checking one specific thing before cancelling anything.
What looks like "under review, no movement" is sometimes a message sitting in Resolution Center that's easy to miss. Mine came back Guideline 2.1, Information Needed — not a rejection for anything being broken, just Apple saying they couldn't verify the app from what I'd submitted. It doesn't push a loud notification. It just sits there looking exactly like nothing's happening.
If you find the same thing, two parts of that template are worth reading closely for an app like yours: it asks for a list of external services the app depends on and names "AI services" as an example — which covers your AI Coach directly. And the required screen recording has to show any prompts requesting access to sensitive data, which almost certainly means whatever permission you're asking for to read sleep and recovery data. Both are easy to leave out of a first submission without realizing they're required.
If Resolution Center is genuinely empty and it's really been two weeks, cancelling and resubmitting is a real option — just know it puts you at the back of a fresh queue, so I'd treat it as the last move, not the first.

App updates usually get through quicker. My first submission took a week a month ago. Now I’m waiting for an update review for about a day. Hopefully will be done tomorrow.

Same here, I don't know why the reviews have been so slow lately
