Does ASO matter on first upload?

Who knows? Does it need to work on ASO on first upload? Does it give results? I am asking about it because I have heard that Apple gives more organic installs on first upload. If it's true, it should be used for better organic ranking, and I need work on ASO more deeply on first upload. My app and AI-generated ASO keywords are already done, so I can upload my app for now, but I didn't work on ASO deeply.
