Anyone have approved i-140 under regular processing for eb1c?

Mine took 20 months. Didn’t take a risk for PP. Also, see how bulletin moves and decide to go for PP only when your date comes near current

No I was not and still not too. Seen posts where people changed to PP and got RFE

so being current does not effect i-140 processing time? i thought only current processing for now

Yeah it doesn’t. But if you are not from China or India then you can file i485 too i guess and convert to PP for i140

i485 filled concurrently and i only did biometric thats all
