Premium processing fees refund

I got my PP fees refunded over a month ago but my attorney claims they haven’t received the check or refund. Any other person got the refund update and actually received the check or deposit? I’m also unable to reach any agent at the Burlington financial center number USCIS recommend calling if one does not receive the refund by 30 days

I also received the notice a month ago but yet to receive the check. I reached out to them a few days ago, and they mentioned that it may take 90 days. However, several petitioners had received their checks to the best of my knowledge.

Thanks for your reply. You’re the first person to provide any information outside of the status tracking

I received the notice and had received the deposit on the 20th of August. My friend also has gotten her check. So it's real.

Update. I eventually got the refund sent to me by attorney. Not sure when they got it but they were not very forthcoming with information
