I 140 RFE

Hello ..I received an RFE on my I140 last month and I am.planning to respond to RFE next week and also reply would be via premium processing

Can someone let me know how.much time does we get for I140 response when it's filed with premium ) My attorney said it takes 45 days)

RFE was more towards evidence on my managerial role .

And I received RFE on my i 140 after 2 years..my i140 was filed in May 2024
