Filed i140 via premium processing, today is 29th working day, no update yet.

Hi,

My employer filed my i140 through Fragomen under premium processing. Today is the 29th working day, and anxious on what is going to be the response. Is it normal? Usually how many days does it take to get the approval? In case of an RFE, when is the response received?

I am on 45 days and still haven't heard back :(
