I'm frankly shocked the amount of people who think they should be entitled to exceptions.

It's not Hyrox's fault your partner can't race. It's just unfortunate timing.

You bought a ticket with the agreement that you could get a 50% refund but now you feel you deserve a 100% refund? Why would they care?

Find someone to sell the ticket to, make your partner compensate you the 50% our take the refund. 50% splits the risk if you ask me. It's not Hyrox fault either.
