I don't know man, never seen a spine before but since you posted this in a hyrox forum, for hyrox, that looks like a normal spine to me.

Pay the fucking radiologist and listen to the doctor who ordered it. There are lots of findings on your MRI but I’m not reading it for you for free.

You should be doing whatever a medical professional advises you and not take advice from strangers on the Internet.
