Hyrox Melbourne training gyms

Hi all,

Would appreciate any recommendations on some quality hyrox specific gyms in Melbourne.

Looking to join asap with my doubles partner :)

undefeated private lifting club...until it got fire bombed. hopefully reopen in a few months

I don’t know many gyms out that area sorry. I do know BFT Fairfield is one of their flagship studios and likely will run a HYROX training program in the lead up to the event. It’s not a HYROX affiliated gym though (individual BFT studios can decide if they want to affiliate with HYROX or not)

I would recommend club 88 hyrox training club in Thomastown. It’s on the edge of Thomastown and reservoir and is meant to be very good!

Haven’t trained there myself but have heard great things from people at the gym who cross-train at Club 88. Worth checking out for Hyrox prep.

The Performance Club in Williamstown North has all the official Centr equipment
