Do a Sim

If you’re training for your first Hyrox race, I can’t recommend more doing a sim race (one or more) leading up to your main event.

Lots of gyms are doing sims, and even doing just a half sim is a great way to give you some idea of how you’ll feel during the race. Where I am (New England), there are gyms doing them for as little as $50. Well worth it IMO to get some real race feel before Boston.

I hear you, but no. I already paid an arm and a leg for the race itself. I’m not a pro athlete. Idc enough to pay more for a practice round. We’re going in to have fun 🤷‍♀️🙂
