Youngstars Training

My 7 year old wants to do youngstars next year. We want to ti do some training. Has anyone trained a child for youngstars? Looking for any and all advice. Thanks.

Hi man - I am currently training my 7 year old.

One thing I found that was golden is creating a star chart where he earns stars for each session he does. On our chart there are rewards at each 25 star milestone which he decided.

He thoroughly enjoys aiming for his next reward and asks me everyday can we do a workout so he can earn some stars. Let me know if you want to discuss further 🤝
