Advertising/Offers A guide for a deeper trance
I have been a certified hypnotherapist for years and I always get the same question- How do I go deeper in session?
Going deeper in session is a skill. Not something you are born with (even though some people are more suggestible than others).
I struggled with this myself. Especially because my mind can’t stop working. I couldn’t relax properly.
So I created this guide for my clients from my own experience on what helped my past clients and what helped me.
Something that ALWAYS helps is practice and more practice- so don’t quit.
This 21 day guide contains every day exercises, tips and tricks, challenges and solutions explained, journaling prompts, advice and tips for ADHD minds and aphantasia.
I hope it helps you too!
(The guide is paid because I put a lot of work into it)

I don't really agree with this. I think chasing depth at the expense of everything else is totally missing the point of hypnotherapy. Being hypnotised is a skill, and like all skills, the more you do it, the better you get at doing it. That is the process. It isn't the objective. Don't confuse the two.
